1. Important Registrar Notice
Alsthom Group is not the registrar for your domain merely because you use this website. If your domain is registered through BigRock, the current BigRock Domain Registration Agreement, applicable registry policies and applicable ICANN policies govern the registrar relationship.

2. Domain Registration
Domain availability is determined by the applicable registrar and registry. Submission of a domain request does not guarantee availability or successful registration. Registration becomes effective only when the registrar and registry accept the request and applicable charges and requirements are satisfied.
3. Registrant Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete registrant, administrative, technical and billing information required by the registrar and registry. Keep this information updated whenever it changes.
4. Verification
Registrars may be required to verify contact information following registration, transfer or changes to registrant information. You are responsible for completing required verification within the deadline specified by the registrar.
5. Renewal and Expiry
You are responsible for monitoring the domain expiration date and ensuring timely renewal. Expired domains may be suspended, deleted, placed into a recovery process or otherwise handled according to applicable registry and registrar policies.
6. Fees and Refunds
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, restoration and other charges are determined by the registrar and registry. Refundability is governed by the registrar's current terms and the specific product purchased. For BigRock services, consult the current BigRock Terms of Service and Domain Registration Agreement before purchase.
7. Transfers and Transfer Locks
Domain transfers are subject to registrar, registry and ICANN policies where applicable. Certain domains may be subject to transfer locks or waiting periods following initial registration, transfer or a change of registrant.
8. Domain Privacy / WHOIS
Depending on the TLD and registrar service, registration information may be published, redacted, masked or otherwise processed according to applicable registry, registrar, ICANN and privacy requirements. Privacy-protection availability varies by TLD.
9. Domain Disputes
Domain names may be subject to dispute-resolution procedures applicable to the relevant TLD. Registrants are responsible for ensuring that their chosen domain does not knowingly infringe another party's legal rights. A domain may be suspended, cancelled or transferred where required by applicable policy, registry rules, court order, arbitration award or law.
10. Prohibited and Unlawful Use
You must not use a domain in violation of applicable law, registrar policies, registry rules, anti-abuse requirements or intellectual-property rights.
11. Third-Party Registrar Terms Control
Where BigRock or another registrar is the registrar of record, that registrar's current domain registration agreement and applicable registry/ICANN policies control the registrar relationship. These Alsthom Group terms are supplementary website terms and do not amend or override the registrar's agreement.
